Note that shipping/delivery services generally takes up to 1-5 working days depending on availability of stock and also delivery location i.e. local / national. KANIWARI do not dispatch parcels on a Friday for security reasons and we do not want your parcel to wait in a warehouse or courier depot for more than 48 hours before it will be dispatched.

If your order is placed by 08:00 your order should be delivered same day or within 1-2 days.

If your order is placed by 12:00 your order should be delivered next day or within 1-2 days.

If your order is placed and you live in a local township (i.e.: Soweto, Alexandra, etc.) the delivery timeline generally is calculated as a national delivery service i.e. Price/ weight/ timeline; which can take up to 5 working days unless ordered on a Friday then it will only be shipped on a Monday.

If your order is maximum quantity of 2 items delivery is calculated on a folded A3 flyer bag at a local delivery price of R160.

All local deliveries are calculated on a maximum weight of 30 kg at 160

​

Consignments are charged on the greater between actual and volumetric mass if the total exceeds the flat rate calculated on shipping and KANIWARI will be in contact towards additional charges that may be required towards shipping.

There will be surcharges on remote areas i.e. remote plots, farms, power stations, embassies etc. Express shipping is not available on our shipping options however if this is required do make contact with us directly at orders@kaniwari.co.za with order reference.

KANIWARI cannot be held liable in the event of your parcel being intercepted, tampered with or lost in transit.
